For children one month to preschool. Fills quickly! One day per week, Monday or Friday
• Session One: 15 weeks, September to December, $330
• Session Two: 20 weeks, January to June, $440
Sweet Pea Preschool
For children 2 years old by September 1, 2013. Acceptance is based on age, child’s physical and social readiness, and the parents’ willingness to work with the principles of Waldorf education. The age deadlines are subject to teacher assessment.
• This class is offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, 8:15 am – 12:30 pm (depending upon space renovation)
• Annual Tuition: $4,750
Preschool
For children 3 years old by September 1, 2013. Acceptance is based on age, child’s physical and social readiness, and the parents’ willingness to work with the principles of Waldorf education. The age deadlines are subject to teacher assessment.
• This class is offered Monday through Friday, 8:15 am – 12:30 pm
• Annual Tuition 5 day program: $7,550 Annual Tuition 3 day program: $4500
Kindergarten
For children 4 years old by September 1, 2013 . Acceptance is based on age, child’s physical and social readiness, and the parents’ willingness to work with the principles of Waldorf education. The age deadlines are subject to teacher assessment.

• Annual Tuition 5 day program: $6775 Annual Tuition 4 day program: $5450
Grades 1
For children 6 years old by June 1, 2013 for first grade*
• Class is offered 8:15 am – 2 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 8:15 am – 12:30 pm on Thursday
• Annual Tuition: $8,500
Grades 2 – 8
• These classes are offered 8:15 am – 3:15 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. 8:15 am – 12:30 pm on Thursday
• Annual Tuition: $9,100
Tuition Adjustments and Discounts
Sibling Discounts: Offered to families with more than one child enrolled at CWS.
First Child (oldest) pays 100% tuition
Second Child 15% discount
Additional Children 30% discount
Annual Tuition Payment Discount: A 3% discount is offered to families choosing the annual tuition payment plan
Tuition Adjustment: Available for students ages 5 and older by September 1, 2013. Adjustments are based on financial need and require a separate application. Applications may be submitted after a child has been accepted by the class teacher.

Supply Fee – Annual (Billed in April; Full Payment due by June 1,2013)
Early childhood programs: $250
Grades 1–3: $300
Grades 4–8: $450
Note: Supply fees cover most field trips and specialized classroom materials. Parents will need to supply normal classroom supplies.
Late Fees - All payment plans are subject to late charges of $30.00 per payment period on unpaid balances, charges for returned checks, or blocked ACH payments.
Tuition may be paid annually (with 3% discount), semi-annually or monthly beginning on July or August of 2013.
