Preschool/Kindergarten (Ages 3.5 to 6): Usually a two-year program, Kindergarten is approached as an extension of the home. Great care is taken to provide a nurturing environment of guidance, cooperation, and creative play for the young child, creating a rhythm in each day: Baking - Dance and Movement - Nature Study - Painting and Handcrafts - Puppetry - Song - Storytime.
First Grade: Basic Math Processes - Folk and Fairy Tales - Form Drawing - Knitting - Nature Stories - Pentatonic Flute - Reading through Writing - Weaving and Knitting.
Second Grade: Animal Fables - Cursive Writing - Form Drawing - Knit and Purl - Math Concepts - Multi-Cultural Legends - Pentatonic Flute - Stories of Saintly People.
Third Grade: Clothing/Textile Crafts - Composition - Crocheting - Farming - Grammar - Higher Multiplication - House Building - Old Testament Stories - Reading Music - Weights and Measures.
Fourth Grade: American Studies - Cross stitch - Embroidery Stitch - Fractions - Local Geography - Musical Composition - Native Norse Mythology - Regional History - Violin/String Instruments - Zoology.
