The CWS Board is made up of parents, faculty and community members who are willing to devote time and energy to the legal and financial aspects of maintaining the school.

The Board of Trustees areas of responsibility include coordination of long-range planning, all financial affairs, school property and hiring of administrative staff. Criteria for membership on the Board include:

Time to devote to Board activities.
Commitment to Waldorf education and openness to Anthroposophy.
Skills and expertise in different aspects of business and professional work.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Initiative and enthusiasm.
Willingness to make at least a one-year commitment.
Experience in working with groups.
